Mineral Exploration Drilling
Our range of specially designed and constructed rig fleet includes: truck mounted drill rigs, Portable Rigs,Skid Mounted Rigs which use the Wire Line System, Hydraulic Diamond core drill rig as well as the most popular JACRO units. These rigs are available for Open Hole as well as Coring (45.00 mm for NQ & HQ to 61.10 mm) methods from 60 meters up to 200 meters depth hole.
For the mineral exploration drilling needs, we supply our clients with recognized units such as the Mayhew 500, Mayhew 1,000, Longyear LF 70, MJT 240 for 200 meter drilling depth. JACRO 175 up to 80 meter for HMLC and JACRO 200 up to 150 meter HMLC and Power Rig for up to 70 meter using NMLC Core Diameter.
Water Well Drilling
We are experienced in water well drilling and installation. We are capable of well construction utilizing mud or rotary as well as the Screen, PVC casing, Galvanized Pipe, Electrica and sub-submersible pump installation in water well.
Drilling and Blast in open-pit mine and Quarry
Operated by our professional personnel, the hydraulic crawler drills enable us to meet the demand of production drilling for quarries and surface mining operations. Pioneering development drilling activities to provide level work areas for larger equipment to work. Our Rotary and Top Hammer Hydraulic drill fleet currently includes Reedrill SKF infinity Blasthole drills, Reichdrill 450-700c Series. Drilltech D245 is dedicated to drill with diameter of 152-229 mm; and our Ingersoll-Rand ECM 370 machines is capable of drilling diameters in the range of 64-102mm. These equipments facilitate precise blast hole positioning to provide optimum blasting results tailored to our customer’s requirements.
Drilling and Blast for mineral and quarry
Drilling in any surface mining or quarrying follows a pattern that has been designed based on the natural characteristics and formation of the rock including hardness and strength, the best result in fragmentation of the Overburden material is needed in the blasted product. The drill pattern will be designed according to hole spacing (along the bench) and burden (distance from the front free face) for a given hole diameter, and thus will determine the amount of explosives needed for each blast hole.
Top hammer drill rigs are equipped with powerful hydraulic drills as well as a hammer. The hammer strikes the drill rod, creating a percussive force that travels to the drill bit and displaces the rocks, leaving them susceptible to pressurized air or water. This kind of rig is renowned for its reliability in the toughest conditions, as well as its fuel economy and low operating costs.
